Just search "pregnancy," "pregnant," and related terms to find some clinics, and see if they're hiring. You can also search terms related to specific HUD's, such as Pooterbuilt or Tantra. If you can't find a clinic that pays right now, you can try Mama Allpa; the doctors there are free and basically work for rp, so you wouln't get paid, but you'd get a lot of experience.
