We can't offer much advice without more information from you.  You are asking something like "Why can't I go to my friend's house today?"  We couldn't answer that one either.   Unless you tell us what kind of computer you have, what operating system it is running, how much memory it has, what kind of graphics card it has, what viewer you are using, what sort of error messages you have been getting ...... all we can do is guess.
