why didnt i get my money back after the delivering has been failed?

Question

Yesterday i ordered something. I never got it. When i looked at my order history it says this:

1 item failed with the error: Second Life communications timeout
This item wasn't delivered - No charge for undelivered items

Well, i did charge it because i never got my money back. I bought it from another avie and i got it now but now i dont have my money back from this failed order.

What can i do?

Hello Maerowyn and welcome to SL Forums. Normally you have to wait up to 24 hours. That's what LL officially reports. If this time expires and you still don't recieve your stuff, submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name of the item that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply. Alternatively, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.
