Which viewer are you using? It would be easier to help you knowing that. You can add text to your post via the "options" > "dit" button at the upper right corner above your question.

Hello. You need to provide more details about your problem like your viewer, your system spec's, etc. Normally clearing cache fixes problems and no creates new ones. You can do it editing your post (Options --> Edit).
