my account is logged out of second life, I can not go

I get this message and immediately after initiating, crash,,

, you habe been logged out of second live, ,.      need to go to second life I will lose my job, this failure is the second time that happens, please correct them as I see that is common in several avatar

Hello again bradpitt. Your have till now 8 posts and all of them are 8 questions in less than 10 days. Yesterday you couldn't log in also. If you get the error message "darn. you have been logged out of second life" when you try to log in, try to log in a different region like Smith, Lime or Pooley. If you still can't log in, clear your cache manually and it is very possible to fix your issue.

Delete all contests at the following folders:

C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife

C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife

If you use another viewer except the official one, do the same with all viewers, following the same paths in your hard disk. For example: C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ PhoenixViewer

After restart your computer and try to log in a region i mentioned earlier.
