Hello Olegra and welcome to SL Forums. If you bought the item at Marketplace, you can also open your order history (under My Marketplace --> My account). There you can take a copy of your order.

Alternatively (only if you purchased it at Marketplace) you can submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> Failed Marketplace --> Delivery including the order number and the name of the item that failed to be delivered. Explain what was happened and wait for a reply.
