Hello QB. Not sure why your item is listed as adult but LL sure have the answer. As CommerceTeam Linden suggested about 1 week ago ( http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Merchants/Best-ways-to-contact-the-Commerce-Team/m-p/1159787 ), you have submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> Marketplace item listing issues --> including a link to the item you have questions about.

Check your tags. Make sure that none of them might be "adult." Also check how the words combine, and if, particularly for longer words, there's a so-called "adult" term lurking. Even if there's a space, it might go wonky anyway.

For example, Yama**bleep**a is the name of a region and is perfectly harmless, but gets bleeped by the forums anyway. It's also possible that marketplace would read a word that ends in "sh" and a word that starts with "it" as being an expletive, for example, and freak out. (Just an example - I don't know if a supposed curse word would get your item rated as adult or not, but there are a lot of other  "adult" words out there to keep an eye on.)

Other than that, submit a ticket.

The Commerce Team at Linden Lab has the idea that the list of words that cause an item to be listed as adult should be kept secret. So, users are on their own.

See the thread: Where is the list of trigger words that change a listing to Adult?

If you decide that it was not caused by a word in your promo text, consider if someone reported it as adult to knock you out of the listings. If that is the case, you have to resolve the issue via trouble ticket.

Most segments of SL have Linden teams that focus on problems and improvements for that segment. Those teams use user groups to communicate with SL users. An exception is the Commerce Team, which, for most purposes, can be considered to be in hiding. However, there is a commerce section in the forum here and there is an inworld Commerce group. You can use both of those to get help.
