I moved the Magic box from my past sim to this new home, and i am getting "delivery fail"

I have moved my magic box MANY times with no problems after resyncing so you might need to send in a ticket and ask if there are current issues.

Did you check your magic box status? Maybe you have some inactive that are sending those errors. Go to check them here https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=adminservers (click cancel on the popup window, to stay in xstreet. If you don't you will be redirected to marketplace website).

Check Registered servers, scroll down, on the left side.

Have you tried going to "Merchant Home" and then to "Magic Box Status" - weirdly the link leads back to the old XStreet software but don't let that put you off. Finally, you need to locate the name of your magicbox on the left hand side (near the bottom of the screen, under the heading of "Registered severs") and then click on "Remove" in order to delete the redundant magicBox - it could be that the software is trying to communicate with your old magicbox and so is getting confused that it is no longer present inworld.
