ok well it runs fine  but 

when i look or move into an diff angle it lags b4 i had these issues it was running perfect now i dk whats going on

What viewer you want to use is up to you and not really related to your system. A viewer is like a window that lets you see the world. Chosing one viewer is like chosing the colour and look of a window. Only the world itself has to do with your computer system itself, like how high you can set the graphic settings.

Hello Rage. Your graphics card (released Oct 2005)  is too weak to handle SL. Maybe is possible to run the official viewer or a TPV with low graphics but for sure you will not have the performance you desire. For me the best viewer for your system is the old one 1.23 available still for downloading here.

Angel is right.  You will be very lucky to get any SL viewer to run on your machine.  It has an inadequate graphics card and very low memory in CPU.  If you can enter with the old 1.23 viewer, be prepared to use Low graphics settings so that you don't have excessive lag
