Chelsea Malibu Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 I've had this happen twice now where someone has an issue with one of ceiling fans not rotating. When I arrive to see what's going on, it IS in fact rotating for me just not my customer. Later both had told me their friends where also able to see the rotation.I looked in the preferences for Phoenix and V2 where I did not see an option to disable rotations and assume it must be in the debug settings but I have two questions: How is this enabled/disabled in the viewers?What can cause this to turn off?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
