Question about buying a sim (full transfer) with objects on it

Just wondering if all the objects will stay on the sim when i buy a sim from someone? (full transfer).

From what i have seen before, some sims that changed ownership would appear at a different spot on the map.

And someone i've asked told me, LL would "delete" the old sim and put a new sim under my name when it's being transferred to me. Now i am a bit confused...

But i would like to keep all objects on the sim when i buy it. Is that possible?

I purchased one and all the items remained, I had been renting the sim so some of the objects were mine anyway, unfrotunately I can't remember if we had to state that objects were part of the transfer.

First, get the agreement of the current owner that the object are to remain.  

Sedond, in the instructions you give for the transfer, state that the objects are to remain

Third, check who owns the objects.  If you don't own them, they can still stay as long as you don't turn on autoreturn.  If they beling to a group, you will need to set the land to that group if you want to turn on autoreturn.  

Be careful about turning on autoretun -- everthing you want to stay needs to have the right setting or it will return
