Ya, but when I call they can only seem to discuss billing concerns. They can't seem to discuss any other issues or answer simple questions and using the ticket system just ain't working cause all I am getting is copy and paste text book answers rather then the actual issue being discussed. That's just not cosure.

The key to understanding more about their support is in understanding what they actually provide you with.

SL is a platform and not a managed MMO as you see else where. Most of what takes place in SL is between the users and where LL has no ability to assist.  

For this, we have these forums, the knowledge base and the WiKi.

If you have questions about the use of SL, matters between you and others or problems running certain technologies that can be addressed best from others users who have had similar problems, you can always come here.

If the people on this forum cannot steer you in the right direction or they say Contact Support, then you can contact them. 

LL support is primarily for land that YOU own (not rent) and pay to LL for this land or your account such as account log in issues, transaction/billing issues, etc.  The truth is that they really don't have control over much else.
