To get a record of the individual items in your order, open Marketplace and click the My Marketplace menu at the top of the page. Select My Account >> Order History from the pulldown menu.  If the item you received is on that transaction history, you ordered it, whether you intended to or not.  You'll have to deal with the merchant and see whether s/he will be willing to refund your L$. Don't expect miracles, especially if you have copy permission for the item.  If it's not on your Order History, the only way you could have received it is if someone bought it and had it sent as a gift.  In that case, you shouldn't have been charged.  Contact the LL billing office and get their help in reversing the charge.  Here's how....

The billing team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Hello Connie and welcome to SL Forums. Personally first time i hear something like this. How is possible to get something from Marketplace and got charged about if you didn't order it? Do you share your computer with someone else? Have you ever shared your password? Not sure.

Check your order history (under My Markeplace, My account). If you see the product there, obviously you ordered it. Check out also your Transaction History to confirm where exactly your lindens gone.

Try to contact the merchant. You find the name if you open your Order History If he/she is offline, send a notecard, explain what was happened and ask for refund. If you eventually get it, depends of the policy of the brand/store assuming that it wasn't your own fault.
