**why CANT I log on using viewer 2**

Sorry I misspelled the last post. I can NOT log into viewer 2 or beta and I am not sure why not it gets stuck at connecting to region everytime!

Hello Ashlee. Try to log in a different region and see if that helps. Protected lands arround like Smith or Lime are recommended.  If you can't select a different region, in your log in screen give the command: Menu Me --> Preferences --> General Tab --> Enable "Show on login" --> OK.  After click the down arrow where it says "Start at" and choose <Type region name> --> Smith --> Login.

If it doesn't work, clear your cache in your log in page under your preferences and Advanced tab and try to log in again.

The latest download has been very buggy and troublesome for a lot of people.  If you continue to have trouble make sure you have disabled automatic updates and then download and install an earlier version that you know worked for you.
