Why can I log on using viewer 2?

I really hate any other viewer then Viewer 2 and Beta, But for some reason now It will not let me log on viewer 2 or beta. I can only log on firestorm. Which I hate!

 

When I try to log it it freezes everytime at connecting to region. and wont let it go any more.
