Need a bit more info, did you have an event that overloaded the sim?  If you are a mainland owner you may be able to contact LL, in a private region I don't know if you have any options besides keep trying and then once you get there start ejecting people,

Hello again Tuski. If it is impossible to follow the suggestions in your previous thread only LL can help you. Unfortunately (assuming that you are a basic member) basic members haven't techniqual support for all issues but it is worth to give a try submiting a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ under Account Login issues. Maybe better idea is to call LL at the toll free phone numbers you can find here. They are for billing issues but several users got help this way. In addition you can send a mail to support@secondlife.com With few words try all the ways to contact LL. This is the only you can do except if you upgrate to Premium.
