You got an email from LL telling the particulars about your account being placed on Admin Hold.  You need to address that email directly to LL...........they are waiting for something from you and won't do a thing until they hear from you.  Check you "junk" mail folder since some filters will see the email from LL as junk or spam.

From http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Login-failure/ta-p/700109#Section_.2.4

If we find that a Resident has broken our Terms of Service, Community Standards, or other policies, we may place that Resident's account on hold as a disciplinary measure. When we place an account on hold in this way, we send an email to the account holder at the address registered to that account.

32px-KBcaution.png Important: Make sure you add "secondlife.com" and "lindenlab.com" to your email client's trusted senders list to prevent our messages from getting marked as spam or junk mail.

Follow Peggy's suggestion.

You recieved an email from LL when they placed your account on hold. It was sent to the email address you provided at the time you signed up for SL. If you provided an incorrect email then you need to submit a support ticket.......which could take quite a long time to get a response (if at all). LL (in case you don't know LL stands for Linden Lab.....the providers of Second Life).

There's no way of telling by anyone here. But, often, it's something to do with age. Maybe you are under the age of 18 and accessed mature or adult areas (I'm not saying you did because I don't know). Or maybe you pissed someone off and they reported you as under age..........LL will always err on the side of caution and place your account on hold until you respond to their questions or requirements.

You need to answer the email.
