i'm having  trouble recieving items i have purchased from the Market place it shows that the items are delivered but thy're not i get not enven a notice in world to except them

Copy/paste your transaction number and details and it in a notecard or an IM (look at the seller's profile to check what he prefers). Explain there was a delivery failure and ask politely for redelivery of your item. If possible, be inworld at this moment.

Hello Puff and welcome to SL Forums. Normally you have to wait up to 24 hours, although sometimes you get your purchases after some mins. When this time expires, you can also submit a ticket  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened and wait for a reply.

The notice in world is possible be capped if you were offline during the devilery process and you had already 25 nodifications.
