Bought items from marketplace twice (both over 24hrs ago) but never got any of them. Help?

I bought some items from the SL marketplace about 24 hours ago and also bought an item last week and none of them ever showed up in my inventory. I've checked in my objects folder and they are not there. Am I looking in the wrong place for them? Should I be concerned or is it just taking a long time for them to be delivered?

Have you contacted the merchant? First check carefully in your marketplace order history if the items are marked delivered or not.
If marked delivered, look at the merchant's profile to see if he prefers notecards or IMs, then copy/paste your transaction number and details and explain the merchant there was a delivery failure, asking politely for redelivery.

Hello. Alternatively you can submit a ticket  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened and wait for a reply.

Normally you have to wait up to 24 hours.
