Most likely you belong to a group or groups that set their members up to Pay group liabilities.  These liabilities are usually associated with displaying group land in search and amount to 1 or 2 linden per week per member.  You need to check your Transaction History and look for such charges.  Then either leave the group, or consult with the group owner.
