how do i get what i bought ?

First make sure you were charged for the item and see in your marketplace account > order history if it's marked as delivered.

If this is the case, contact the merchant via IM sending a polite notecard. Include your transaction number and your name, explain there was a delivery failure and ask nicely for redelivery.
