The Second Life trend of things totally for free has made it to the real world.

Well there's always been Freestyle or whatever in real life - where you trade your old junk for someone else's old junk or advertise to give it away. But now there's a brick and mortar version.

Just walk in, take what you want, and leave. Pretty cool.

That's a great idea Since waste disposal is paid by volume in many places, it can be cheaper to give things away for free than to throw them away.

I could also imagine this kind of thing in SL. Not a regular old freebie junkyard but a place where anyone can rez transferable items and set them for sale at L$0.

Yeah I think it would be great fun in SL too.

Maybe that's how I should get rid of some of my inventory stuff. Only prob is uploading pix for the box to put them in. I tried selling some at 10L and no takers. Lol
