Animations and Morphs

I read somewhere that you could combine a morph with an animation. It was hand or face morph. Can anyone point me to a forum post or article on the subject of how to do it?

In the upload window, you have 2 set of these to choose from. 1 set is for facial expressions, the other is for set hand poses. Hand poses will hold through the entire animation, but facial expressions will only play for a few second. I think the facial expressions are morphs, but I'm not sure about the hands.
