Nope. Your username is permanent.  That's one of the reasons why LL introduced Display Names last fall.  In general, Display Names have been a real pain, but they are great for people like you who want to show that they are partnered.  See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Display-names/ta-p/700173 to learn how to set your own Display Name.
