Cannot login! (edited)

Question

I cannot login in, everytime I try I get the following message: http://tinyurl.com/3qcqdah

All my drivers are up to date, it's a brand new computer., and I've checked them to make sure they were up to date. I have the following 2 graphics cards, switchable graphics, Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics, and Radeon(TM) HD 6490M. I have tried all the 3rd party viewers, and viewer 1.23 or whatever, and nothing has worked, I get the same message. What should I do???

The drivers are up to date because you downloaded and installed them, or because you assume that they are up to date on a new computer? A "new" computer was probably assembled a few months ago and shipped with whatever was current at the time, so it's always a good idea to update the drivers yourself to be sure.

The HD6490M may have some difficulty handling the V3 viewer, so you might try installing an earlier version or one of the V1 based Third Party viewers and see if you have better luck.
