My viewer, version 3.0.0, installed on a clean windows 7 PC doesn't start (nothing happens)

There was not previous version installed.

Hello Ant1 and welcome to SL Forums. I assume you formatted your computer? That's what you mean when you say "clean"? If yes, maybe you need to download the last updates for your graphics card. Try it and see if helps. Good luck.

It also possible that your firewall or antivirus program are blocking it.  I would normally expect to see an error message in that case, but you never know.

BTW, when you say that you "click" and nothing happens, do you mean that literally? A single click?  The viewer is an exe file.  To launch it, you need to do a double click, or right click on it and select run.  The program will then install your viewer, asking you two or three simple questions along the way.
