I upgrade my date from paypal for payment info but at payment say pending know someone how much time take to upgrade mi credit card date

It should be almost immediate.  However, give it 48 hours, then check again.

But, if it was my choice, I'd keep PayPal as my Payment Method.  You have more control over it (because you can limit the amount in the Real Life bank account that secures your PP account) and if you make money, you can exchange your excess $L for dollars and transfer them to your PayPal account.  You can't do that with a credit card.
