You mean those official-looking green vote boxes that LL used to provide?  They stopped using those for traffic stats almost two years ago.  You can probably find one lying around somethere, and it may even report your own stats, but AFAIK LL isn't paying any attention to them.

Vote boxes don't count towards LL Search but a third party site called slpopularplaces uses them. Have a read of this thread.
