"Mesh" can not selected in the list.

-------------- "Mesh" can not selected in the list.

* P-Info on file & the Mesh IP tutorial both is green box.(Purchase history is also)* 

* However, "Mesh" can not selected in the list. (Mesh: Partial Mesh, 100% Mesh is Gray out)

Environment: OS: Windows 7 Browser: Firefox 6.0.1 & Google Chrome & IE 8

The Payment info on file & the Mesh IP tutorial both need to show as green boxes, if one is pink, then that is the problem.
