I have all of the veiwers but it stops on Initializing VFS, Anyone know why?

If you have installed multiple viewers, they may be using the same cache area.  Why not install just one?  Follow the directions in one of the posts linked to deinstall your viewers and delete all cache folders before trying a fresh reinstall.
