Pirates Cove Ranch Is Hiring Auction Manager

An auction managers job consists of:

* Managing & Supervising Auctioneers
* Making weekly schedule
* Finding replacement auctioneer in case of no show

Auction managers are to:

* be present 1 hour prior to auction
* make sure all horses/bundles/k9's/kennals meet auction requirements
* assist auctioneers if there is a problem
* Help bring in and maintain Traffic
* Contact sellers that are not present for auction nootifying them their stall will be skipped.

We also ask that any "new hires" be interviewed with our Auction manager as they will be working directly with them and if there is a conflict of personality or working style it can be addressed before hand. New Hires need to know who it is they will be going to if they are in need of assistance or have a change in scheduling or time.
