How to submit ticket

You submit a ticket by going to: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

If you submit a ticket for that particular issue the first thing they will do is to tell you to do the following:

Please make sure that you meet the following three requirements.

1. You are using the most recent official Second Life viewer
2. You've recently cleared cache
3. You are running on hardwired connection (No wireless)

Once you have met those three requirements please go to a low traffic area such as a sandbox and allow your inventory to fully load. (This should take about 10 minutes) Then search for the item. Also reference the two links below and take all steps.
