Looking for cheap storefront.

I'm looking for a cheap place to start a small store, nothing too big is needed.

I'm hoping to get as good a deal as I found on my apartment, about L$220 a month with 30 prims (but I doubt it).

It's just going to be an affiliate store to start as I don't really have the know how to design original objects/clothing as of yet.

I want to have one of the Mama Allpa Affiliate Vendors (so the land has to be set for it), one of these and maybe a clothing one too (not sure which one yet though) to start there so I assume it'll have to be in a mature or adult rated area.

I'd also like to see about putting a traffic cone or two to help get foot traffic.

If anyone has/knows of a place I'd be appreciative.

Was contacted in world and found a pretty good priced place, so I guess this can be closed.
