Looking for a hat or hairstyle like this

I'm looking for a fedora-type hat, or more preferably a hat-hair like this (since it's almost impossible to wear hats without hair sticking out):

A black fedora-style thin rim hat, platinum blonde hair with a long back braided ponytail. It's Ellen from Folklore by the way. I've completed the look except for the hairstyle.

I already looked at Maitreya, Truth, UW Studio, Argrace and Exile. Argrace had one that is similar however it comes with no permissions at all so I don't want to buy it. Maitreya has one called Ynme or something like it but the hairstyle different to what I'm looking for.

PBI or Pushbutton Industries used to sell a hat/hair combo very much like your photos but, sadly, they are out of business.  I am sure someone else will come through with a current recommendation.

You can find a nice combat helmet at Tonktastic

For hair, you will need to find a short or updo style with the bang you like then mod the heck out of the hair prim by prim.  Using edit linked parts click on each prim and stretch to make short and /or push around inside the helmet any hair that hangs down or pokes out of the helmet.  Make sure you save the original so if mess up can start over.

Thanks I already checked coco but they're not what I'm looking for. The hat Ellen wears isn't exactly a fedora, more like a thin-rimmed hat.

Thanks everyone else but they're not what I'm looking for either. Not looking for cowboy hats or straw hats. And first post already mentions I checked Maitreya's ymre hair, the hairstyle is not what I'm looking for.

Maitreya's hair products are modifiable, which allows you to unlink the hat and wear it with any hairstyle you like You only need to position it yourself and maybe resize it a little.

Are you sure they're modifiable? It says on the marketplace link it's not modifiable. I think most popular stores have non-mod products, which is something I'll never understand anyways.

All the hair that I bought from her shop was modifiable. It might show up in your inventory as no-mod, but that's only because the hair contains no-mod scripts (color changing scripts for the hat, not laggy resize scripts). You can still mod it after rezzing it.

That's really not a fedora, its more like a pith helmet.... i would purchase a hair from Truth, as he sells LOTS of long braids, then add a pith helmet you find.  Do edit linked parts on the hair and push all the parts you don't want showing, inside the head - you can also shrink them down to tiny little prims so they don't move and poke out anywhere. One other thing Truth does is sell his longer styles that have a lower section... so the long braid might link to the spine.. and be ONLY that part.. that might be an option as well.  And his hairs ARE mod... I mod them ALL the time.

Try searching for 'cloche hat' on marketplace.  From the pictures you posted, that's a better description of the hat than 'fedora'.  There are tons, that you can mix and match with braided hairstyles like you want.  You may even try a hairstyle with a hat that's *not* what you want, but can be removed or hidden, then add the cloche hat.
