when i go to download viewer 3 i get the error for the file (x86)\SecondLifeViewer2\llplugin\imageformats\qtiff4.dll and up... can anyone help me out? it does the same ofr the newer versions of viewer 2... i have had to fall to phoenix, which i hate, in order to get on. any help would be nice.

Hello, I had the same problem when I tried downloading 3.0.

I had to manually delete my cache files and just to be sure, I uninstalled the Second Life program from my computer through my control panel, but when it asked me if I wanted to delete the files I had moved or created, I said no, in order to keep all the sky settings I had downloaded.
