Can't log into tip jars or the DJ boards.

I need help, I work as a DJ, and i can't log into my tip jars, nor can I log in as host, or anything else, everyone else is fine, and the owner, bless her heart, has tried everything. What's going on that I can't log in? The cards that were wrote seem to be fine, but the CTS Server is not accepting, and therefore, nothing happens.

Since a CTS server would be mangeed by the content creator and not LL, I don't think you will find much help here, just suggestions on where we would "Stab" at the problem.  I would suggest you talk to the creator of your tip jars as they more then likely have more information than we would here.
