Account hacked ticked made and called on LL right in USA

My account got hacked on day 24 august 2011, i got stolen my money right from the credit card and as well my avatar account was closed from the hacker.

I've already made the report by the support ticket with the account transaction history, as well i called by skype the Linden Lab  like suggest already on the question at this link http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Account/My-account-got-hacked-i-got-stealed-my-money-right-from-the/qaq-p/1058085  

The LL employ of the costumer service on phone didn't wanted to discuss with me about the case by the phones cause my pronunce is not really good. So what i should do now? beside the denunce already made by the italian police.

 

 

 

As an answer the issue is that one, what the LL ask me it's to call them on the phone, but the employe wont talk to me CAUSE i'm not a mother tongue english speaker.

So how i should stop the cancellation pending of the account and wait till the linden lab decide what to do with the other user that hacked my account?

It sounds like you have done all the correct things.  You have closed your account and notified LL and the police. I assume that you have also notified your credit card company and followed their instructions.  Those steps should limit your liability.
