Adult Sim

I've been in SL for the last four years and took a break about 1 1/2 years ago but when I came back, I was not able to enter an adult sim.  And I was wondering what was going on.  I send one report to Linden Lab and I didn't get any reply until now.  Or maybe I sent it wrongly.  Can anyone please help me.  Thank you very much..
