Hi there , don know why , after i had download the secondlife viewer , it show " gathering hardware information " " app may appear frozen " ..what should i do , can anybody help me ? :robotsad:

wait for it to finish loading as it's downloading your assets (inventory).

If it stalls, re-log

If that fails, dump your cache and try again.

That should fix it if it's an SL issue. Otherwise it could be firewall issue where you need to give permission for the browser to communicate with the SL servers.

If everything continues past that message to load the viewer, it's normal and part of the login messages.  When the world is loading, it may appear frozen, and it will tell you that every time you log in.  If you're actually having issues getting inworld after seeing those messages, then there might be a problem and troubleshooting steps can be applied.

I am having this problem as well I logged in fine yesterday and today I try to log in and get that message the game will not load I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the viewer I hav not changed any settings or drivers I am at a loss on how to fix it.
