Looking for a Residential Sim with a Small Town Atmosphere

Hey everyone:

I am looking for a residential sim that has a small town atmosphere in it.  A place that has homes for sale or a place I can put my home at, roads that I can drive a vehicle in, a place to park my vehicle as well as things to do.  If it's a place that I can put a home at, I need at least 950 or more prims.  Will pay up to 2100L$ a week  If you know of any places out there, please let me know.
