i have order from the online store on august13 n august15 and i didnt recieve anything it say deliver but i never got it i have the numbers

Choose MARKETPLACE from the listing and put in all the information you have (copy from your transaction history) and you will most likely get a replacement within a few days. You can also contact the seller of the item, sending them a notecard with the same information and asking for a replacement. Lots of designers are on vacation this time of year though, so you may not get a quick reply to choice number 2.
