0 valerie Inshan
All he has to do is go to "about land" and choose "abandon land" from the pie menu. Make sure to do that just before the tier due date, because if he leaves too soon he will not be refunded. For istance, if the land is paid until 31 August and he leaves now, the funds wont be refunded by the owner of the land. Also make sure he picks all his stuff back to his inventory before leaving. In the case of a Linden home, it must be abandoned before the due date otherwise even one day more after the date and he will be charged for another month (or quarter or year depending on the memership plan).
0 Peewee Musytari
Go to About Land and sell them. If he wants a fast sale & isn`t bothered about the money, set them for sale for 0.4 L$ per sqm and a landbot will probably come by and grab them.
