Thilil
I have googled my butt off, searched in world, and even asked many people if they know how its done, but it is all to no avail. So now I ask the great players of Second Life on the Forums. Can anyone tell me how to achieve a glowing tattoo?
Casper Priestman
As far as a skin/clotthing/tattoo layer goes, you can't...although you can simulate "glow" on those textures using your graphics program. To achieve a true SL glow the tattoo would have to be worn on a prim with the texture set to glow.
Thilil
Ive got both Gimp and PS, think you can link me to a tutorial that can tell me how to do that? Or explain it pretty please?
Jerra Savira
You can't really make a tattoo "Glow" on here but have you tried making neon colors against dark skin? There have been some skins that do that to give it the glow effect like the blue tats and black skin. And usually if you see tattoos that glow on the marketplace or in pictures it was most likely photoshopped to make it look that way.
