System Folders - Why are items I send to others turn to system folders?

I just sent a friend 4 folders of FULL PERM items [all hair, if you must know and in her inventory, they turned to permanent system folders - undeleteable.

If there a way to fix this?

Is it because i sent them to her in a folder?

She use3s Phoenix and I use Emergence - could that be it?

This problem has been corrected ;

if the affect party [person who got system folders] clears their inventory cache and their network cache, and relogs, the folders fix themselves! :D

hm, third time i've stumbled across this the last two days. here are two other threads with the same issue:

one reports a reboot (if they meant an actual reboot, or if it was just a relog idk) fixed it, another one has not added more info. and you mention a cache clearing.

i haven't had this issue. i have no clue why it is happening, but it's kinda interesting.
