Isle of Shadows Beach Town Club looking for General Manager

My group has taken over the Adult themed Isle of Shadows sim and we are looking for a general manager to run the newly renamed Beach Town club.  The ground level of Isle of Shadows is themed as a sea side beach town with miles of roads for those who enjoy riding mototorcycles, cars or bicycles. The club is in the center of the island so visitors could be those who have spent time on the beach or have just parked their bike.  Music can be anything from hard rock to techno.   We also have a Japanese themed shibari village at 1000 m to round out our little section of the SL world.

The General Manager would be responsible for scheduling events, hiring dj's, dancers, hostesses, security and other needed personnel and also bringing in sponsors and other groups to make events a success. In other words, the GM would have a great deal of latitude to run things as he or she sees fit.     The General Manager will report to me solely concerning the successful operation of the club.

To start, after a short period of time to bring in staff, expectations would be to hold 2 hour events 3 times a week US based time with ultimate expansion into other time zones . If you have experience in club management or are driven to succeed at club management,  send me a notecard in world with a brief description of your background.  I can then schedule a time on sim to spend some time discussing whether your background and how we can make the club a success.

Some additional information on the position:

Responsible for ensuring the club runs flawlessly.

Fully responsible for hiring and firing of all club employees. Would manage and train all employees to ensure they have the needed skills to do their job.  Also responsible  to ensure that there are sufficient employees on site at any given time. Manager would be on-site or available to employees during club hours.

Starting pay: all profits made from events minus event expenses, club tips split and Managers keep 100% of their own tips.

This is a great opportunity for an someone with club managment experience. Must be reliable and willing to work with a growing club. 

A skybox apartment will be provided after the first week of employment.
