Hi folks,

I've been trying for months to figure out why my store has such a high rate of failed transactions/deliveries from the Marketplace. Less than half the number of orders we receive are actually going through. In almost every case the customer is not billed and the item is never sent. I have a different avatar with a shop also on the Marketplace, and that one works fine the vast majority of the time.

I'm eager to hear any suggestions for what might be common problems with repeatedly failing Magic Box transactions. Any clues?

Judging from what has been said so far by people defending LL here against such complaints, it would appear that buying listing enhancements will improve your delivery rate, assuming that you charge enough also to provide the Lindens with a substantial commission.

That is, it's the same people advocating listing enhancements who are also reporting practically no delivery failures and telling me to charge more.

How much of a coincidence can that possibly be?
