How do I contact customer service? The option to abandon my land is greyed out.

Make sure you are looking at the right parcel.  Its easy to select the wrong one when at a Linden Home.  Also try logging out and back in at the location.  That will usually clear any kind of About Land window glitch.  Finally, since you are still a premium member, you can use Live Chat to message with a support agent.  https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/
