Can an object where the prim built is mod but a script inside is no mod be stated as modify?

I have an item on marketplace which I marked copy & mod. The prim built is mod but a script is inside which is no mod.

Now the item got flagged for wrong permissions (bcos of the no mod script inside). Anyone knows if there is an official statement or definition from LL when an object can be stated as modify? Ty in advance.

In that case on the edit item listing page you should check permissions: See Description and provide the details (like object : mod ,  Script inside : no mod) at Extended description.
