Dear Linden:
I dont know who is the responsible person who design the Web Pages.... but several days with the problem that noone cant update the billing information or payment method.
Yes, Yes we can contact by phone... as some helper people answered.... but how many days we must wait for someone of u decide to fix the web.
Most of businees in XXI and games and stores.... can update VISA data by web... no phone needed.
It is very dissapointing u dont care your customers not giving a true fix in several days.
I cant believe noone of your web designers know to solve this simple issue.
