why cant i use my menu ?

i cant access my controls when i try it tells me to come back later or try again and i have all day . and my next door neighbor isnt having these probelms . not sure if my prem account is frozen or not ?

If your premium account was suspended you should have received an email and you wouldnt be able to log in at all.
